This project is a set of synchronous lifting hydraulic station, the plunger pump uses DYNEX PF-3017X4, and the rest of the components are basically homemade. The system uses explosion-proof motor, and explosion-proof junction box, system explosion-proof grade Exd II BT4. The jacking device is composed of 4 double acting piston cylinders. The rated working pressure is 25Mpa, the rated lift is 180 tons, the maximum stroke is 1000mm, and the fastest lifting speed 0.5m/min is designed.
The system is completely Manli's own design, outsourcing manufacturing of hydraulic station, put into use after obtaining the customer recognition and praise.
